The Diamond Horseshoe restaurant, located in Liberty Square, has unveiled a mouth-watering new menu of sandwiches, salads, sides, platters and desserts that will have you ready to book your next Walt Disney World dining reservation.

Savor the latest culinary delights at the Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom, where you can indulge in a flavorful brisket sandwich topped with coleslaw, served alongside classic potato salad, crispy hush puppies, tangy barbecue sauce, and a refreshing beer—all crafted for Disney fans looking to enhance their park experience.

The new sandwiches coming to The Diamond Horseshoe include the Carved Beef Brisket Sandwich with creamy coleslaw served on a brioche bun, the Creamy Turkey Salad Sandwich served on multigrain bread with lettuce and tomato and the Grilled Chicken Thigh Sandwich with BBQ mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion served on a Kaiser roll.

Enjoy a feast fit for Magic Kingdom fans at the Diamond Horseshoe, featuring a hearty sandwich, refreshing watermelon salad, two golden fritters on a tray, and a crisp glass of white wine—just some of the exciting new dishes waiting for you at this beloved Frontierland spot.

You can start out with the appetizer platter consisting of Mixed Green Salad, Watermelon, Cucumber, Tomato Salad, Potato Salad, and Jalapeno Cornbread.
