The Diamond Horseshoe gets a delicious new menu at Magic Kingdom

Along with the iconic attractions, unforgettable character interactions and incredible entertainment, Disney Parks are also known for their delicious food options and Magic Kingdom is certainly no exception.

The Diamond Horseshoe restaurant, located in Liberty Square, has unveiled a mouth-watering new menu of sandwiches, salads, sides, platters and desserts that will have you ready to book your next Walt Disney World dining reservation.

The new sandwiches coming to The Diamond Horseshoe include the Carved Beef Brisket Sandwich with creamy coleslaw served on a brioche bun, the Creamy Turkey Salad Sandwich served on multigrain bread with lettuce and tomato and the Grilled Chicken Thigh Sandwich with BBQ mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion served on a Kaiser roll.

And for those who really want to take their meal to the next level, the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich comes with mac and cheese and crispy onions and is served on a brioche bun.

If you’re looking for something a bit lighter, The Diamond Horseshoe’s new menu will also feature a Mixed Green Salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, and honey shallot vinaigrette. You can also add your choice of any meat to the top of the salad.

If you want a more complete meal, the new platters will consist of Carved Beef Brisket, the Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork, Grilled Chicken Thighs or vegetables and your choice of four sides.

Those sides include Potato Salad with grilled onions and a serrano dressing, Creamy Coleslaw with red and green cabbage, Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Bread with honey chipotle butter, Mac and Cheese, Corn on the Cobb with cheese, Corn Fritters, BBQ Baked Beans, House Salad and Watermelon Salad.

Once you’re done with your meal, The Diamond Horseshoe will have a few new options to satisfy your sweet tooth as well. Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with bourbon glaze, Peaches and Cream Cheesecake with streusel topping, and a classic Blueberry Cobbler with lemon and mint cream and oat topping.

If you’re really looking to get the full Diamond Horseshoe experience, you may want to spring for the all-you-care-to-enjoy appetizer, entree and dessert platters.

You can start out with the appetizer platter consisting of Mixed Green Salad, Watermelon, Cucumber, Tomato Salad, Potato Salad, and Jalapeno Cornbread.

Then, move on to the entree platter, including Carved Beef Brisket, Smoked BBQ Pork, and Grilled Chicken Thighs along with Mac and Cheese, Corn on the Cobb, Creamy Coleslaw, and BBQ Baked Beans.

And finally, sample all of those sweet treats with the dessert platter consisting of Buttermilk Chocolate Cake, Peaches and Cream Cheesecake, and Blueberry Cobbler.

The Diamond Horseshoe’s new menu will be available beginning May 16. The Diamond Horseshoe is open daily from 1 PM to 7 PM, and reservations can be made here or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.
