The International Epcot Food and Wine Festival 2017 is full of delicious and refreshing drinks from countries around the world, and for some, there is almost too much to try.

Also, when walking around the festival, you may feel overwhelmed by not only all of the event’s choices but also the heat of the warm Florida sun. So here is a list of 6 delicious and refreshing drinks, some of which may or may not contain alcohol.

RICK DEICCO DISCUSSES POPULAR DRINKS AT EPCOT FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL 2017:

1. T=C2 (Non-Alcoholic)

If you’re looking for a sweet and sugary drink, minus the alcohol, then this is the one for you. Located in the Light Lab, the T=C2 is a combination of vanilla tonic water and cotton candy.

The drink is actually created right in front of you with the help of this special funnel system, which chills the tonic water by running the liquid through chilled tubes, right before spewing the water over a puff of cotton candy. Another fun tidbit about this drink is that once you leave the light lab, it changes colors. This drink is on the lighter side and is definitely refreshing. This is a sweeter drink as it is created with cotton candy, but it is a much more fun option than just taking a swig from your water bottle.

2. Mango Lassi (Non-Alcoholic)

This sweet delight, found in the India Pavilion, is a non-alcoholic beverage made from fresh mango, yogurt, and milk. This drink is on the thicker side from some of the other drinks mentioned on this list, but its sweetness makes it a nice treat when standing out in the hot sun at the festival.

3. Spicy Apple Margarita (Contains Alcohol)

If you’re someone who loves apples and a nice spicy kick, then you may want to give this drink a try. This drink is also great for when you’re feeling tired from walking around the festival since one sip of this margarita will kick you back into action. The taste of apple is definitely prominent, but it’s not overly sweet as the drink’s spicier ingredients level it out. This drink can be found in the Mexico Pavilion.

4. Swine Brine (Contains Alcohol)

This cocktail features Evan Williams Bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and is topped off with a piggy wing. The addition of the piggy wing and Dijon mustard gives it a sweet and savory taste. One might think that mustard and pork might be strange additions to a cocktail, but these items only seemed to complement this drink. The Swine Brine is definitely one of the festival’s more unique drink offerings this year.

5. Schofferhofer Hefeweizen Pomegranate Beer (Contains Alcohol)

For those who like a sweeter draft, this is the beer for you. This draft is full of flavor, not too bitter or sour. Also, the taste of pomegranate isn’t overbearing in this drink; it’s more of an underlying note that ultimately complements the draft overall.

6. Orangecello Cocktail (Contains Alcohol)

Found in the Italy Pavilion at the Donkey Cart, this cocktail is a mixture of orangecello, orange and pineapple juice and strawberry puree. This is a delightfully sweet and refreshing drink and despite containing several sugary juices, it’s not overly sweet.
