I am not looking forward to Pandora at all. They build a new land in 2017 and they make neither of the attractions accessible. I understand the thrill ride, Flights of Passage, not being accessible, but I do not understand why the boat ride cannot accept wheelchairs.
There is no drop, so why can the ride not have a wheelchair vehicle, like Small World and Jungle Cruise? The ADA requires a wheelchair accessible vehicle, or a specialty transfer one.

I am very disappointed.
