So I have a theory about what this image is telling us.

Before getting into it, please realize that a little bit of what I write is conjecture. However, we know for sure where this image was taken. This image is taken within the former berm, directly west of the Fantasyland Theater (Mickey and the Magical Map), pretty much in what was near the center of the former Big Thunder Ranch.

Looking at this image, there are a few clues to the ultimate layout of the park (Disneyland). First off, find the grounded tie fighter. It is sitting on what will be the new path of the DLRR. The raised earth it sits on, as well as the raised earth to the right of the gap, will be the berm. This gap will probably be tunnel into the heart of the new land. Beyond this gap, one can see photoshopped structures and real construction equipment working well below the natural level of the park (either for foundations or for theming/story-telling reasons).

So this panorama was probably taken from what will be a transitionary area between Star Wars Land, and Frontierland, and/or Fantasyland. The biggest news it provides is part of the new path of the railroad. With this information, one can deduce the probable new path of the railroad around the Rivers of America. The curve of the new berm to the left of the gap seems to indicate that the north end of the river’s course will not be changed that much, but this observation is a little bit of a stretch because the actual points where the railroad goes significantly off it’s current course cannot be seen in this image.

Furthermore, I bet there are some other clues in this image. My gut has a feeling that the transports being directed in by the stormtrooper standing in the gap of the new berm are carrying something that may be telling. But I’m not sure.

    Anyways, thanks for reading.

Long time ago and far far away, but close to be a reality. Nice
