The newest Disney Cruise Line ship, the Disney Fantasy, is currently making her transatlantic voyage to the United States after construction recently completed in Europe. Along the way, Disney is keeping eager cruise fans updated with a video diary starring the ship’s cruise directors Ray and Brent.
The transatlantic trip began on Feb. 16, 2012 at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany, where the Fantasy was built. After being handed over to Disney, the ship began to cross the ocean, scheduled to arrive in New York at the end of February, just in time for her christening on March 1.

After the New York christening event, the Disney Fantasy will have her maiden voyage out of Port Canaveral, Fla. on March 31, 2012.
