The Disney Afternoon rebirth continues as DuckTales makes its way to a new comic book from Disney, BOOM! Studios, written by Epic Mickey creator Warren Spector.
BOOM! Studios will take readers back to Duckburg to join Uncle Scrooge, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Launchpad McQuack and all the favorite feathered friends in the all-new, original ongoing DuckTales comic series. The series features art by Disney Duck artist Miquel Pujol.
DuckTales #1 will debut in May, written by Warren Spector, drawn by Miquel Pujol, and ships with A & B covers by Leonel Castellani and James Silvani respectively, as well as a 1-in-10 incentive cover.

The title follows in the success of BOOM! Studios’ comic book revival of Darkwing Duck and Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers, also from the old Disney Afternoon television programs.
