Bad Experience at Oga’s Cantina
Earlier this week, Mylee (@anaamyle on TikTok) posted a video taken during a night out at Oga’s Cantina, the bar in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park and in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort. The footage, taken at the Disneyland Resort location, has amassed more than 4.4 million views in just three days.

After enjoying her first drink, Mylee ordered the Fuzzy Tauntaun, a $21.50 cocktail featuring Cîroc Peach Vodka, Bols Peach Schnapps, Simply Orange with Tangerine, Pure Cane Sugar, and the “Buzz Button Tingling” Foam. The signature foam is crafted with buzz button flowers, which contain spilanthol, an ingredient that causes a brief and harmless tingling, buzzing, and slight numbing sensation on the lips and tongue.
In the video, Mylee laughed as she licked the foam, accidentally inhaling it through her nostrils. The buzz button flower caused an uncomfortable reaction. Her friends joked at first, but quickly realized she was distressed and grabbed water as they tried to calm her down.
“I genuinely could not breathe,” the Southern California Disney Park guest said in a voiceover on the video. “My throat and my lungs had needles stabbing me… And then the anxiety raising up.”
The Response
In the comments, many users speculated that Mylee was experiencing a laryngospasm, which the Cleveland Clinic says occurs when “your vocal cords suddenly tighten or seize up so you can’t breathe or speak.” The experts say it rarely causes long-term or serious medical issues and typically lasts around 20 seconds.
“This is definitely a laryngospasm,” @roughneck_wife wrote. “Super scary. It’s happened to me before.”
“So scary! My dad, a fireman, always said if you can cough you can breath!” @doc.mellow replied. “So as long as your coughing your okay and that soothes my chocking anxiety!!!”
Still, some commenters said the TikToker should sue Disneyland Resort or force the park to remove the Fuzzy Tauntaun from Oga’s Cantina’s menu.
“GIRL SUE DISNEY,” said @lieutenant__dan. “GET THAT CHEQQQQUE.”
“They should not be serving this,” @stellaryess argued. “Eventually this will have bad consequences for someone.”
The Oga’s Cantina menu has always included a warning about the foam since the bar opened in 2019, and Disney cast members working at the Star Wars bar sometimes warn guests about the tingling and numbing effects when they order Fuzzy Tauntuan. Of course, we don’t know if a Disney cast member warned Mylee about the beverage, and inhaling any substance through the nostrils can cause brief discomfort and trouble breathing.
Fortunately, the Southern California Disney Park doesn’t appear to have suffered any long-term adverse events after inhaling the Buzz Button Tingling Foam.
