Man Arrested After Incident at Disney World McDonald’s
Around 1:00 p.m. on April 17, 2026, a woman parked in the rideshare parking lot at the McDonald’s on Walt Disney World Resort property noticed a man parked at an angle behind her. According to the arrest report, that man was later identified as Gavin Jones, 36, of Windermere, Florida.
Jones reportedly exited his vehicle and leaned on the hood. While aimed at the woman’s car, he “exposed his genitals and began to masturbate.” The victim reported that Jones was clearly aware of her presence, as “the two made eye contact while Gavin was masturbating.”
The woman, who was still seated in her vehicle, put the car into gear and drove away. According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, Jones returned to his vehicle and followed her.
The woman drove to the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (formerly Reedy Creek) fire station on Walt Disney World Resort property for help. Unfortunately, no one was there. She eventually flagged down an Orange County Sheriff’s Deputy in the parking lot at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park.
Deputies arrested Jones, who denied publicly exposing his genitals but admitted that he often scratches his pubic region without noticing due to a “medical issue.” Jones was taken to jail, and his vehicle was towed.
Jones was charged with a first offense of exposing his sexual organs, a first-degree misdemeanor in Florida. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department released this mugshot of Jones, who has several prior arrests dating back to 2007, including driving under the influence and battery on a law enforcement officer.
