For most fans, a bad day at Walt Disney World is still better than a good day outside the theme parks. From classic dark rides to thrilling roller coaster adventures, Disney’s Florida theme park resort is full of fun and magic, with every attraction being a worthy endeavor. Well, most of them.

While you’ll be hard-pressed to find a truly “terrible” experience inside “The Most Magical Place on Earth,” there are a few disappointing options at each of Disney World’s four theme parks that we simply don’t recommend as much as others.

Kali River Rapids at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a great example. The ride is one of the most divisive in Walt Disney World. It’s fun, but if you don’t like getting wet, we advise you to skip it.

However, there’s one key attraction at Disney’s Magic Kingdom that leaves us feeling just as disappointed, and it’s a big one.

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is located inside Fantasyland, an area of Magic Kingdom dedicated to Disney’s most iconic princesses. Mine Train debuted at the park in 2014, marking an exciting new chapter for Magic Kingdom and Walt Disney World as a whole.

The fast but family-friendly roller coaster takes guests through the hills and valleys seen in Disney’s Snow White and gives them a view of inside the Dwarfs’ diamond mine.

It’s a silky smooth roller coaster with a few great drops, but the experience is over in a matter of minutes, and considering just how long riders have to wait to get on, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train does not feel worth the time spent.

There are simply better roller coasters at Magic Kingdom, like the decades-old Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

However, Mine Train continues to rank highly among guests and fans alike and is constantly busy. Visitors clearly love this attraction, but we don’t really understand why.

At the end of the day, it’s your vacation. Like we said, there’s never truly a “bad” way to spend time inside Disney’s theme parks, but we definitely think Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is one of the most overrated attractions at Walt Disney World.
