An upcoming James Bond reboot has finally revealed its full cast line-up.

A new trailer for the upcoming third-person action-adventure video game “007 First Light” was revealed at this year’s State of Play from Sony Interactive Entertainment. It follows the initial teaser that IO Interactive shared a few months ago; however, this one leaves little to the imagination as it showcases Bond’s next explosive outing in all its glory. Watch it below:

Now, tons of info is dropping about the game left and right, including the full cast line-up.

Since the first trailer dropped earlier this year, fans suspected that the actor playing Bond in the game is Patrick Gibson of Dexter: Original Sin (2024) fame. It turns out they were right, and the same can be said about the new character John Greenway, who’s played by The Walking Dead‘s Lennie James.

But IO Interactive has now also “de-classified” the rest of the MI6 team, as well as the new Bond girl.

Irish actor Patrick Gibson is James Bond. Gibson is best known for playing the young Dexter Morgan in the Paramount+ series Dexter: Original Sin. Bond is 26 years old in the game, making Gibson’s the youngest 007 yet; an early recruit who’s yet to get his 00 status.

Priyanga Burford plays M in “007 First Light.” Interestingly, the English actress had a small role in the last Bond movie, No Time To Die (2021) as an MI6 scientist. Now, she’ll be running the show as the Chief of Intelligence. M was played by Dame Judi Dench (in both the Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig Bond films, and by Ralph Fiennes in the latter).

The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead star Lennie James plays the new character John Greenway, a mentor to our young James Bond. But Greenway is no pen-pusher — the first trailer shows that he joins 007 out in the field.

Kiera Lester is a relatively unknown actor, having appeared in the likes of Sister Boniface Mysteries, Wreck, Ruby Speaking, Grace, and Death in Paradise. However, she’s now set to carve out a name for herself as Miss Moneypenny in “007 First Light.” There’s no denying that Lester’s interpretation resembles Naomie Harris’ version from the Daniel Craig era.

Q is played by veteran actor Alastair Mackenzie, who has appeared in Andor Season 2, The Crown, Dracula, Unforgotten, Outlaw King, and Backdraft 2.

As you know, Q, short for Quartermaster, is responsible for creating all of James Bond’s weapons, gadgets, and vehicles. The character was most recently played by Ben Whishaw in Skyfall (2012), Spectre (2015), and No Time to Die.

The new Bond girl, Miss Roth, is played by Noemie Nakai, just as fans suspected. Nakai, a French/Japanese actor, has appeared in HBO Max’s Tokyo Vice, Army of Thieves, Never Let Me Go, The Emperor’s Cook, and Death Note: New Generation.

“007 First Light is a thrilling narrative action-adventure game developed and published by IO Interactive,” the official synopsis reads. “Follow James Bond as a young, resourceful, and sometimes reckless recruit in MI6’s training program, and discover an origin story of the world’s most famous spy.

The game will be released on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows on March 27, 2026. For more information about “007 First Light”, visit the official website.
