A Disneyland Resort guest was left shaking after being verbally assaulted by another Southern California theme park guest. The woman shared her experience on TikTok, noting that she felt the incident was racially motivated.

Stephanie (@stephanielizabeth08 on TikTok) visited Disneyland Park with her wife last week. The couple was headed out of the Disney park around the same time as A Christmas Fantasy Parade began, making Main Street, U.S.A., incredibly crowded. However, in a recent video, the Disney Park guest claimed that another woman singled out her family for the uncomfortable environment:

“I had a really weird experience at Disneyland,” Stephanie began. “If you know how busy it gets on Main Street right before a parade, then you know everyone’s packed like sardines and walking really tightly.”

Stephanie and her wife were walking behind a mother-and-daughter duo when the mother suddenly yelled, “Move! These people are driving me crazy.”

“She grabs her daughter, snatches her daughter to the side, and waits for my wife and I to pass her,” Stephanie continued. “I turned around like, wait, did she just say that? And she’s just staring at us. I was so confused.”

The guest said she and her wife silently walked toward the Disneyland Park exit.

“I understand if we were driving you nuts or driving you crazy if we were talking loudly, we’re laughing, being annoying, doing annoying things,” she explained. “We were walking in silence…trying to get to the exit. I don’t know, it was really weird.”

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the couple’s last encounter with the angry mother. They stepped into one of the souvenir shops on Main Street, U.S.A., to beat the crowds, and when they walked back outside, the pair was behind them.

“She was just mad-dogging us again,” Stephanie said. “And yes…they were [white].”

The TikToker felt that the woman’s verbal assault was racially motivated: “Shaking because if you’re brown, you know this feeling… you know why it happened…,” she wrote.

The video amassed attention from other Disneyland Resort fans, many of whom shared similar experiences from the Southern California theme parks.

“This reminds me of a lady who kept claiming we cut in front of her at star tours once and my mom was speaking Spanish and she started being racist towards us,” one commenter wrote. “I didn’t know till we got out but I would’ve swung so fast.”

“This happened to me and I was like ‘Sorry for having fun at Disneyland,'” said another.

If you witness or experience harassment or violent behavior at the Disney parks, report it immediately to the nearest Disney cast member. They can dispatch security cast members or other teams necessary to resolve the situation.
