SeaWorld Orlando Halloween Spooktacular Is back offering family friendly Halloween fun for everyone

SeaWorld Orlando’s Spooktacular parade features a vibrant float with a giant pink cartoon octopus surrounded by swirling bubbles and eye-catching decorations, creating a festive scene perfect for families.

SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular is back with better candy and for the first time ever, a passholder exclusive area. Between 12-8pm during weekends in October guests can get immersed in an underwater “fantasea” and compared to other parks here in Orlando it’s all included with regular park admission.

For the first day of Halloween Spooktacular there was a lot of guest lined up for its opening with many kids dressed up in costumes and some adults too.

The "Welcome to Halloween Spooktacular #SeaWorldSpooktacular" sign greets guests amid festive decorations and surrounding trees, inviting families to join the seasonal celebration at SeaWorld Orlando.

Throughout the event you can do some trick-or-treating, dancing with sea fairies and other sea creatures and the kids can create sea-themed arts and crafts.

Guests stroll by a vibrant vendor booth with bubbles floating through the air, soaking up the lively atmosphere of SeaWorld Orlando’s Halloween Spooktacular celebration.

Trick or treat bags are handed out to guests for free.

 Most of the candy they hand out at Spooktacular was brand name candy like Twizzlers, Jelly Belly, Mentos and Lemon Heads.

Tamarind candy sticks are lifted from a festive blue container filled with even more of these sweet treats, ready for guests to enjoy and share during SeaWorld Orlando’s family-friendly Halloween Spooktacular celebration.

SeaWorld Orlando’s lively outdoor plaza, featuring vibrant umbrellas, festive food stands, families strolling beneath shady trees, and an inviting atmosphere ideal for enjoying fan-favorite seasonal celebrations like Halloween Spooktacular.

The Halloween Spooktacular event offer its own meet and greet characters like the funny Catfish and Coral Queen.

There is a new interactive area where you can push buttons to control the fountains out on the lake.

At the Bayside Stadium you will find Penelope’s Party Zone. Here kids and adults can enjoy a lively dance party, Halloween crafts and games.

There was plenty of “Decorate your own Pumpkin” areas.

Another popular activity you can do at Halloween Spooktacular is “Decorate your Own Cookie”.

For $5.50 you get a cookie kit including a sugar cookie, icing, candy decorations and your choice of apple juice or milk.

This years Seaworld’s Halloween Spooktacular tee is available in both adult and kids sizes.

New for this year is the Halloween Spooktacular Garden for Seaworld Pass Members. Pass Members can enjoy the exclusive area at Ports of Call Garden between 12 pm – 5pm during the first three weekends of SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular.

At the Education Station kids as well as adults can learn about different animals while snacking of some candy.

An exclusive candy station giving out Fun Dips and Apple slices is available in the garden area.

Pass members who attend Spooktacular can receive stamps on curtain dates. If you receive two stamps you can get a free meal, and at three stamps you will get a free behind-the-scene tour.

The Spooktacular area also offers some food like burgers and hot dogs.

During the Halloween Spooktacular Seaworld also presents the “Sesame Street’s Countdown to Halloween” show at the Seaport Theater, featuring your favorite Sesame Street characters like the Count and Elmo. It’s a great Halloween addition with catchy tunes and a lot of dancing that the kids in the audience really seemed to enjoy.

If you are looking for a great Halloween event that is free with admission we really recommend Seaworld’s Halloween Spooktacular. You can easily spend a couple of hours enjoying this events trick or treating, characters and Countdown to Halloween show. There is some added fun that guests are also able to dress up in their Halloween costume best.
