I did the drawing experience years ago at Hollywood Studios. It was taught by a person & it was great! I even did a drawing experience at Saratoga Springs resort. I enjoyed it soooo much. I don’t think having a person is a bad thing vs. Olaf. My suggestion would be if there is an issue with Olaf, put up a sign that it would be conducted by a person, instead. Then people have the option to attend anyways & have no reason to complain. The experience is great, no matter how it’s done 😃
