Glad to see this happen as it was a long standing loophole that was abused by some. I never felt it was a fair practice.
This is a good change, it doesn’t cost DVC members who follow the rules anything. It makes inventory higher for DVC members who purchased their points to enjoy vacations and impacts those who were stealing high demand dates to resale.
