It`s about time . For some reason Universal has been shooting themselves in the foot by passing on the things people want . First they missed out on Doctor Who . Which Disney all but ruined . Thank God they no longer have control of it .
And for years I have wondered why they didn`t do something with LOTR . I will give the hose of mouse credit . When they have something popular they strike when the iron is hot . Universal sits on their hands .
I was just thinking that maybe they should consider going all out with LOTR ? They could get some land in say Kentucky and build a whole world there . I am sure the land would be much cheaper than Florida and centrally located in the East it would pull people from some of the largest cities . People wouldn`t need to deal with travel to Orlando or LA . So they would have more spending money . Plus without having to compete with all those other parks they would have room to expand . Just a thought .
