Perhaps the body language and actions of the O/P suggested that they were not hurt so the question didn’t need to be verbally asked. It may have been obvious that nobody was hurt.
If I were in the crash, I wouldn’t want to get into another car to ride. The jerk/jolt that happens in a crash, isn’t always felt immediately. I’m sure there was some soreness a day later. Cast members should have asked if they were okay etc.
Still, there are always risks to the rides you get on at the parks. Jerks and jolts are a part of most of the rides. People get stuck on rides for long periods of time.
Disney should definitely follow up for things like this however. That’s just my opinion.
