I was never intrigued to get into streaming in the first place, I’m not old I was born in the 90s just smart. I mean, why pay a monthly price (that always rises) and start depending on the internet to watch stuff when physical media, cable or antenna already exists? I always had an extensive DVD collection or an antenna with the movies and shows that I like, and nothing they play on TV today anymore is any good it’s loaded in political junk even the co mmercials are trash. So why even bother with streaming?
As a matter of fact, I read somewhere months ago the young people who did drop DVDs to start streaming are going back to DVDs because streaming became too frustrating for them. They don’t appreciate new series being cancelled before it ended, rising prices and edited content or “sensitivity warnings” being put in front of it. And now ads are starting to be a problem. Hang onto those DVDs and antennas folks!
(Yes, YT is also a more acceptable option than services like Netflix!)
