Steakhouse 71 is probably wonderful [and expensive], but as a DVC member with Bay Lake Tower as my home base, I frequently dined at and greatly miss The Wave, which had the best breakfast buffet in WDW with maybe the exception of Boma @ Animal Kingdom Lodge.
