I’m so excited for the new Cars 🚗 land!!! The Cars movies are some of my very favorites. This will be an amazing addition to MK. The Tom Sawyer area was outdated, tired & boring. No child today has a clue who Tom was. Their parents probably don’t have a clue either. It is a banned book in FloriDuh schools. I made sure my children read the book & others like it & explained their significance, but they’re in their 30s now.
Wrong. Tom Sawyer Island never left and nothing is outdated. No Cars is ever coming to Magic Kingdom, either. It’s a hoax that was never announced. Disney is being broken up as a monopoly by Washington and will lose Pixar completely so that means no more Pixar in the parks. Kids do know who Tom Sawyer is because it’s mandatory reading in all schools. And if it weren’t then who cares? I was at the 75th in 2046 and have a Time Machine like Doc Brown. I can confirm there is no Piston Peak happening and I have photos on the island and the Liberty Belle with my kids dated October 1, 2046.

Why do I have photos from the WDW 75th celebration on the Liberty Belle and on Splash Mountain and why do said photos have a date stamp of October 1, 2046? You want to tell my folks in Congress leading the motion to break up Disney as a monopoly they won’t get away with it? Everything I say is true and a prophecy. Yes kids do know who Tom Sawyer is and if they don’t then that’s their fault. It is mandatory reading in Us schools.

I have many may friends unlike you and have family members in Congress who are leading the motion to break up Disney. After I take over and make it great again, only Disney purists and traditionalists will be allowed in the parks. Not all are welcome at Disney and gate keeping is necessary in the fandom.
This would have been more widely well received in a new park or gate alongside other fresh, current ideas. It also would have been a much better answer to the Universal expansion.
When I was 40 years younger and I needed a break from the heat and alot of walking, I always stopped by Tom Sawyers Island to do the boat ride and relax. Many visits thru the years, it became a nostalgic thing to do just as much as the Carousel of Progress!!
Wasn’t there already a cars theme attraction at Disney Workd years ago? It was called Lights, Motors Action Stunt show. There was also one in 2019 that was animated. Both closed down, why are we doing this again?
Yes. There was a show/attraction in Hollywood Studios where cars, motorcycles, and (I think) jet ski was used to show how stunts in movies happen. It did shut down to make room for either Star Wars Land or Toy Story Land. I I can understand (to a certain extent) why there are people still upset with the demolition of Tom Sawyer’s Island/Rivers of American. I got a bit sad when they (which is still occurring now) demolished Dinosaurs (which was one of my favorite rides in wow). So, I can sympathize with the people who are upset about ROA/TSI. I get it. Still, if Disney wants to stay relevant (to a certain extent) some of the older show/rides/attractions are going to be demolished. That’s just the way it is. Now, (from the videos that I’ve seen on-line about Universal Studios) it seems that Universal is trying to bring back some of the older attractions (jaws, back to the future, etc). If this is true then Disney should be paying attention. Maybe Disney should (to a certain extent/a more modern version) bring back some of the older attractions that they’ve gotten rid of.
