Credit: DisneyGuests walked into Disneyland Resort’s second theme park on Wednesday to find a mysterious construction project underway. Here’s what you might encounter on your next visit to Disney California Adventure Park.
Construction at Disney California Adventure Park
On August 19, WDWNT reported that Disneyland Resort had begun a mysterious construction project at Disney California Adventure Park. The work is underway across from the iconic Grizzly Peak waterfall, in between Carthay Circle and Avengers Campus. The outlet shared a photo of the site on social media:
The construction site is behind stone barriers connected by a brown wooden gate. However, Disneyland Resort has also installed green plywood barriers behind the gate, blocking Disney California Adventure Park guests’ view of the ongoing work. Still, a tall metal structure is visible just above the construction walls.
Disneyland Resort has not directly acknowledged this construction project or said what it is building. However, on August 17, @DisneyEats announced on Instagram that a new Quick-Service dining kiosk is coming to Disney California Adventure Park. Disney didn’t share much about the menu, but revealed that the restaurant would be called Bountiful Valley Brews:

Given the timing, it’s likely that the construction at Disney California Adventure Park is related to the upcoming Bountiful Valley Brews kiosk. However, Disneyland Resort has not confirmed this or shared an opening date for the new Quick-Service dining location.
