Magic Kingdom Park, the flagship destination of Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Central Florida, is supposed to be a magical place for families to enjoy a vacation. However, this week, reports have surfaced regarding a traumatizing child abuse incident that allegedly took place at the theme park.

According to a Click Orlando report, Justin Taylor, 38, was arrested at Magic Kingdom earlier this week after concerns were raised over the man’s interaction with a child in a park bathroom. A witness claims they heard Taylor slamming the child into the wall of the bathroom stall multiple times after shouting at the minor.

Orange County deputies arrested Taylor on Monday during his visit to the Magic Kingdom.

“According to an arrest affidavit, the witness heard Taylor yell at the child and slam him against a bathroom stall for several minutes,” Click Orlando wrote in its arrest report. “At one point, the witness told deputies they saw blood on the bathroom floor, and heard Taylor tell the child, ‘You slipped and fell.'”

When asked about the incident, Taylor told the authorities that he was trying to move around the child in the stall to use the bathroom when the child slipped and fell, seemingly causing the blood on the ground.

No further details on the incident, including the location in Magic Kingdom where it took place, the child’s current condition, or whether any other family members were on the trip with them, have been confirmed. Chances are, more details will become clear in the days to come, including potential court dates and sentencing information.
