Is it a recast if it’s a completely different project? I don’t think that’s how words work. Kratos is currently being recast, Spartacus was recast, Batgirl tv series was technically not a recast, pretty sure this was just a cast. I’ve never heard the term recast in reference to Bond it’s always we’re casting a new Bond not recasting Bond.
So tired of movies being redone! I can count on one hand how many I have seen! Come up with NEW MOVIE IDEAS!! It’s not that hard! There are tons of books out there!

They are not re-doing the movies. They are expanding what’s covered in the movies by a wide margin. It’s not just a movie.
