I think closing the free park loop-hole is good, but I think if you are staying at any Disney on-site hotel, you should be able to get on any bus. After all, resort hopping is something almost all visitors enjoy. It gives you a chance to see holiday decorations, eat specific resort food, check out lounges/restaurants/merchandise and possibly a different resort to stay at the next time.
Again, resort hopping should be available to any Disney resort guest.
Seems the visitors to WDW were not as abundant as in past summers. Let’s see what happens with the now approaching holiday season, (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years).
