I have attended numerous Halloween Parties and never have I gotten a collectable bucket – they sell out. I think the cart selling them should ask to see bands (as people stay in the park during the party & bands are only checked for rides). They know how many are coming to the event, they should have enough for everyone. Selling at only 1 location is good, but maybe a mark could be done on the band, so someone doesn’t come up several times to buy them.
