We rode friendship boats this week so I’m not sure where you got this information. It wasn’t closed.
I’m in the yacht club right now and can see the boat dock and lighthouse from our room – it’s still closed.
For Hollywood studios, it’s a quick walk to the Swan and Dolphin boat dock though.
