This is absolutely shameful and unacceptable! Check this out! We should boycott these parks and company! They’ve gotten so big they don’t care about their employees or their customers!
“Company-Wide Q3 2026 Profit: Disney posted an adjusted earnings per share of $2.06 on $25.25 billion in revenue for the quarter ending June 27, 2026, beating Wall Street expectations.Parks and Experiences Performance: Domestic parks and experiences continued to see solid demand with 3% to 4% growth in attendance and per-capita spending, bolstering overall segment income.Disneyland Resort Estimates: Analysts estimate that the Anaheim-based Disneyland Resort pulls in roughly $7.6 billion in annual revenue and around $2.05 billion in operating income.” But they can’t afford employee benefits 🙄 😒

Disney is getting ridiculous. Look how much higher ups are paid!! Look how much D’Amaro is being paid / how much Iger was paid!! $26 & $28 an hour is nothing. I do agree with having to let a mgr know when changing shifts – any job is like that. But come on…. cutting benefits & no yrly pay increases are unfair. Disney has upped the prices of everything already, so there is no excuse. Without the CMs that get in those costumes (some are terrible & hot), Disney would not be where it is today.

Disney big wigs need to take a pay cut and lose some benefits as well. Since they’re so willing to cut benefits of the most important workers that help bring the magic in the heat of summer and the cold of winter, fully costumed.
They’ve raised so many price hikes and literally charge for things that used to be free. It’s gotten so families that don’t make a lot of money can’t even save to take their children to a Disney park, while the big wigs sit back in their air conditioned offices and their fat salaries and benefits. Greed. That’s all they care about is their own profit.

I can tell you the cost to live in Anaheim alone is astronomical. The cast members have family and obligations too. They aren’t working for a fast food joint. They are working for one of the biggest names out there, DISNEY!!!
