There has been the Starlight Safari at Animal Kingdom Lodge for years. Two rides nightly. And even though it is only at the resort, it includes many of the same animals as those found at the park. According to the park zookeepers, the reason for ending the nighttime park rides was due to more aggressive behavior from some of the predator animals during those late runs. So it was a safety decision.
