I second this. If it’s not Cavil- I’m not interested. The time they are taking to cast the new Bond is reminiscent of the search for the Gone With The Wind Fiasco in the 40s. It’s becoming laughable.
Yes it should have been Henry Cavill to act as James Bond he should have been chosen months ago or last year or in the past couple of years. And he isnt to old to act as James Bond he is only 43 and Pierce Brosnan was 42 when he first appeared as James Bond in GoldenEye and he looked good as agent Napoleon Solo in Guy Ritchies movie.
Henry Cavill is Superman. James Bond should be an unknown actor like Sean Connery was when he started as Bond in the 60’s. My choice is Richard Madden. Young and Scottish just like Bond is in the beginning.
If they go with an actor in his 40s, it should be Henry Cavill…no question!
Yet, if they go for a younger actor in his 30s, then my vote go to Jack O’Connell. Those are the two that I would be super excited to see how they portray 007 over the next 5 to 10 years.
