I think this is terrible. 1st, letting go more employees! 2nd, I know it’s nice to talk to a person. There are some unusual questions that only a real person can answer. It’s also nice to get personal experience information. I have made calls to other companies and the stupid AI can’t answer ALOT of questions. Where’s the ‘Disney Magic’s if you are talking to AI?
