I was injured last year in Epcot . The ” well trained” Disney employee was more interested in getting my bloody sneaker from me than providing any real help ! I asked him why he wanted it . He said if other people saw it it could ruin there experience at Epcot . He did tell me go the Disney store and Disney would pay for a pair of crocks !! 9 months later lm still waiting for reimbursement promised for my families lost tickets.
