Yes the Mandoverse needs to disappear for awhile. At least until Disney figures out how to make Grogu older. And replacing the actor for Mando should be easy to.
As for Starfighters, I’m not holding my breath. I hope it does well for Ryan’s sake, but I’m sure he won’t suffer if the movie does. If the movie does fail we can consider this a test run for Ryan and see if he calls us names like the rest of the Hollyweirdos do if we don’t do as expected of us. If he doesn’t, we’ll continue to respect him for his patience and silence.
Disney found the secret sauce with The Mandolorian Seasons 1 and 2, especially the last Episode of Season 2. That secret sauce is good writing and compelling storytelling. Find better writers, Disney. Make your movies interesting again.
