Despite its technical problems. It inspired generations to view space travel as something important and good. It will be missed by the people of my generation.
They fixed up under mountain real nice, it’s a smooth ride.. I think they could do the same thing to Space Mountain. That would be nice. The ride needs a overhaul!
I would love to see the ride get a complete refurbishment. The seats should be more comfortable for overweight clients to get in and out of. There should be a 4 way seat belt and a bar that locks shut for safety. The ride should remain in the dark but to have some sort of lightning effects that reflect what the ride is about: space, the surrounding planets, the moon, and the stars.

I was very long my first ride. I thought is was great. But as an adult it is underwhelming. Still hate to see it go, for the kids at least.
