It Would be beneficial if they could get volunteers to reopen the kennel again, as the building continues to sit there unused (especially with those on Cal-Fresh needing to show vounteer hours to keep their benefits, so Everyone wins!)
Disneyland dog kennel been opened or not opened is completely irrelevant and has nothing to do with the fact that this is a very irresponsible dog owner who should never be allowed to own a pet ever again I hope they were fine significantly and banned from the park for life

Agreed! The kennel should be opened! Create jobs, help the economy, and show that Disneyland cares moreabout you pets, than profits!
