Disney sells cheap tickets and rooms in foreign countries in order to keep their occupancy and attendance numbers up. That’s the source of much of this behavior.

What do you mean by “these kind of people “? Are you referring to black people? There are multiple videos and incidents of all ethnicities fighting at Disneyland. If the prices are being raised it’s because Disneyland is using that as a excuse to be more expensive.
