Was evacuated from All Star Sports due to plumbing problems. Was put up in Coronado Springs at no additional charge and was also issued a credit for the inconvenience.
Was on lockdown for a hurricane in 2024. Never felt safer! Really didn’t hear the hurricane in our room. The Disney cast members are the best. They alleviated our fears and concerns. It was great
The alarms used to go off randomly all the time when I worked there. Always right at the dinner service rush. No one could figure out why they were going off but we had to treat it like the resort was all on fire. So frustrating.
We were evacuated one time during a hurricane but it was a false alarm. Cast members were coming by to let everyone know and that we could go back to rooms as soon as the fire trucks turned off the alarms. This was at Saratoga Springs Resort
