Industrial Accident at EPCOT
At 10:51 a.m. on July 19, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call about an “industrial accident” at Walt Disney World Resort’s EPCOT theme park. Scanner monitoring account @WDWActiveCrime shared the call log on X (formerly known as Twitter):

The pinned location in the Google Maps screenshot attached to the post corresponds to the general address to which law enforcement logs calls to EPCOT. Emergency responses at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and hotels are often tracked to generic coordinates rather than the exact incident location. The screenshot here does not necessarily mean that the “industrial accident” occurred near Spaceship Earth and the main entrance to EPCOT.
It’s unclear whether anyone was injured or any property was damaged as a result of this “industrial accident.” However, the scanner monitoring account did not share any related 911 call logs requesting paramedics at EPCOT on Sunday morning.
More information may become available if criminal charges or a police report are filed, though that’s unlikely to happen here. Law enforcement rarely follows up on “industrial accident” responses at Walt Disney World Resort because they typically mean that Disney cast members needed help cleaning up hazardous chemicals or other materials.
