I’m sorry that sounds like a really rude cast member. They don’t know B what it is like to be B disabled. I know because I am. Shame on him , hopefully he got taken care of what he had done.
As an annual passholder, I used the DAS program until 2020 when covid caused everyone to lose their AP. Back then I really liked the program and appreciated how it made my visits enjoyable. In my opinion, Disneyland threw out the baby with the bath water when they tightened the requirements for DAS. A visit to Disneyland should be fun, not a constant burden. Somehow, it’s become the norm for people to expect going to Disneyland to be a chore and lot of jumping through hoops. Bring back the fun and enjoyment in a visit to Disneyland for all, including those with disabilities. I know the people at Disney are very smart and could solve this issue if they tried, instead of taking a defensive approach to a real problem
