I’m from Chile and every year is more and more expensive to go. Not only the Park prices itself… Hotel, flight, transport, everything has raised the values. So it’s understandable that the vacation experience is being Lost. Adding to that the possibilities of facing Big Queques or a ride being shutdown… Is really a gamble for US international visitors to book a visit to the “most magical place on earth”.
Of course attendance is down, as the cost goes up. It is not what Walt intended. Revenue is up, because Disney raised prices, exceeding the number of people attending. Duhhh
This is Disney’s goal: to only be available to the upper class of people who can afford it. However, this is where I believe ALL the major people doing stupid acts, are these entitled well off brats. Not every well off person/child is a brat, I am just speaking of the one’s pulling these acts (jumping into the fountains/ponds/River of America, from Tiana’s Bayou, going on to closed off areas, fighting, etc.)
