As ‘solar’ powered, if there is no sun, these will not work as intended. Disney should not be lessening it’s custodial workforce. Many, many times, I have seen the trash receptacles in the bathrooms overflowing. As with the resorts, someone needs to be following the workers to ensure that they are doing their job. I do thank those cast members for doing a great job, when the areas are clean 😃
