I’ve read comments from parents who, when they showed their children or grandchildren the Moana remake trailers the children were like, no way this is garbage. Even children are wising up to Disney’s watered down junk and if those same children are smart enough to recognize this will be watery trash, it won’t do well either. I sincerely hope it doesn’t, we do not want anymore remakes. It’s gotten really, really sickening ok?
Show me all the pics from it that you want to, but I’m not the least bit interested. I’ve got remake fatigue, chick flick fatigue, Disney fatigue and so on. Sure I watched the original Tangled back when it first came out. Max the horse was the only thing I liked. Since then I’ve grown out of the Disney princess thing and gotten downright tired of everything being female
Disney hasn’t made one stinking remake that’s as good as their original. If anything all these remakes just mock them. Especially Snow White. They’re completely soulless, lifeless and full of politics. I am also done with having to state a year or put “cartoon or original” or “the remake” when I talk about one of Disneys movies. No more of Disney’s content. The CEO and the sheeple can just cope without my money and viewership.

there’s this thing that people are starting to see, it’s called overstimulation. older cartoons that had one or two elements of movement in the scene were done because it didn’t cost a lot, but the upside of it was it gave kids something to focus on, and not be overstimulated trying to see everything at once.
even Pixar animation has this problem, the computers make it ‘cheap’ to just add elements in the background that are cool technical achievements, but at the end of the day, they just clutter the scene.
anyway, I do what I can to steer my children towards the animated classics, and will introduce the other content when they are more developed and it won’t create overstimulation.
No thank you to yet another crummy remake. Rock can get all upset that I skipped Moana if he wants to but I will not pay to watch him in a Halloween costume they got from a Temu clearance rack
AI is being made unconstitutional in all forms just as the 18th led to Prohibition. There is no Tangled remake happening. All remakes are being banned. When I take over Disney, it will only make original movies and ask “What would Walt do?” again. Original movies are not a financial risk at all and audiences want original movies.
See, Disney? We both know you don’t care but we are the ones with the wallets. No one wants your watered down remakes anymore. How old is the original Tangled anyway? Only ten or fifteen? Even that’s not really old enough to warrant needing a remake not that it needed one in the first place anyway. Please just stop! We’re begging you!
