People who are hating this movie are just r@cist. I demand it on DVD!

    1. Bert

Tar Baby? You have it backwards, Ms. Paula.

      1. DAV

You have it backwards, Mr Ray cist!

      2. Gonzalez

        Bert is racista bebé!! 😡

        1. Bert

          And you are incorrect.

          1. Frenzy

How far you speak to a Mexican that way, raycist!

          2. Night Fury

No Gonzales is correct, this clown has already bashed a famous black character with his hatred. We don’t exactly go around revealing our races here so he’s probably bashed some other people of other races just assuming they are white because their politics and beliefs differ. On YouTube I read so many comments from black people who admit to being tired of being told how to live by leftists. I feel so bad for those black folks, I know how they feel. Even they are offended that leftists are trying to push that Helen of Troy was black. People of Greek descent are offended. When Snow White came out even Latinos and yes blacks were angry about the race swap. Leftists only see things they want to see. I see it from a bigger picture because I read comments from other races. Even right now he’s not believing someone telling him the truth in Spanish. That’s how blind they are.

Gonzalez my amigo, vadya con Dios! ❤️

      3. Golden Dux

Hate black people much? I want this movie! Justice for Song of the South!

      4. Gary

How is wanting a historically accurate movie with a black man in the lead r*cist, oh you poor little people are so delusional lol

      5. TheObvious

It’s an African-American story. Look it up. Everything in the movie was.

        1. Gary

So then the people who want it banned are raycist

        2. Bert

Sure, by calling them tar babies. Sure Jan. Your uninformed.

          1. Frenzy

            As are you

          2. Lynda

            That’s “you’re” uninformed, tar baby

          3. Captain America

Lol he spells about like Tyler Robinson does, must have gone to the same “learing” school! 🤣😂

          4. TheObvious

No, go look it up. “Your” uninformed. Literally.

  2. Earl 76

Unban this movie immediately. The ones who wanted it banned in the first place are the problem! Stop bab ying black people and trying to act like sl@very and the civil war didn’t happen! Even black people today have got “black fatigue” caused by rac ism of the politically left!

    1. Earl 76

Well said. Leftists push their agenda so much they literally do not care who they offend, even the people of color or other nationalities. Both blacks and Greek people are upset about the upcoming Odyssey movie!! Does the left care? Of course not!

      1. QuarterMaster

At least we care enough about them to boycott that anti Greek garbage. Oh the movie might open well the first weekend but it’ll tank by the second like Supertrash did and then all we’ll hear about how ra cis t we are from the almighty Chris Nolan. 😵‍💫

        1. Collins

Hollyweirdos can call me what they want, that just helps me keep my wallet closed and besides I’m never the target audience anyway

      2. Bert

        No, just you Earl.

        1. Frenzy

Idi*t. Yes, black people are sick of your raycism! Go read their comments! Why do you think the Odyssey is going to fail? Even black people are sick of blackwashing! Why do you hate Greek representation and history so much? And fun fact, if a black man came up to you and said he loved Donald Trump you’d want him dead at your feet. So quit playing the race card as an excuse for your ign*rance. You literally do not care that you are in fact offending people of other nationalities. Oh but it doesn’t matter to the almighty Bert just as long as you’re happy in your own self made world of h@tred

        2. Captain America

          Naw just you bert 🤣😂

      3. Night Fury

Earl is correct. On YouTube I read so many comments from people who say, “I am black and I’m tired of being preached to by the left that so and so was bla ck”. I feel so badly for them I wish I could reach though my phone and hug them. They’re the com munity I am part of!

        1. Captain America

          🫡 ✊🏿

  3. ForrestBerry

Just because igers gone doesn’t mean D’M0r0n will free this from its dungeon. He’s just as r a c i s t if not worse than iger

  4. Gerry

Release the Song of the South!!!!

    1. TheObvious

You can find it on the internet if you look.

  5. RedHotPepperSpayer

They’re probably thinking if they finally put this on Disney plus it’ll promote more subscribers. I hear Disney plus is running low on those, lol

    1. Collins

Nah I wouldn’t take Disney+ even for free. I want my content to be my own and not be “edited for the sensitive” and not be warned before it plays that it’s “raysict”. What Disney movies that are worth my time are on DVD. SotS should be at least released on DVD so we’ll own a physical copy that’ll never get deleted or taken back off

  6. True Story

James Baskett, Uncle Remus, was unable to attend the film’s premiere because he would not have been allowed to participate in any of the festivities, as Atlanta was then a racially segregated city. Even Walt didn’t want to see the movie with an audience because of the reaction. After introducing the cast and movie, he quietly left for his hotel across the street. Just sayin…

  7. Golden Dux

Justice for Song of the South!

  8. Steve

Nothing wrong or racist about Song of the South and it will be released both to physical media and back into theaters in the near future. Disney has no right at all to say what’s racist and Washington will order Disney to release the movie. When I take over Disney myself and make it great again, one of my first official acts will be to release Song of the South if it hasn’t been already. Like there would be mass protests outside the studio and the parks or a nationwide boycott of Disney products in response? Not a chance. The movie’s release will be celebrated.

    1. Bert

That home schooling hasn’t helped much, has it Mr Steve?

      1. Frenzy

It certainly didn’t help you did it Mr Self Righteous Clown? 🤡

      2. Lynda

I think Mr. Bert should take his raci sm and go back to Pre-K

      3. Steve

You mean my 4.0 GPA and multiple Congressional letters of recommendation that got me into the service academies and which also means that according to Congress, as a military man, you take orders from me, civvie, so sit down. People are in prison for calling Song of the South racist and it will so much fun watching Iger the Terrible and his minions wail when they’re arrested for withholding the movie. When it’s released, his cries for boycotts against Disney products under my leadership fall on deaf ears.

        1. Captain America

          You da man, Steve!!! ✊🏿🫡🇺🇲

        2. Night Fury

Mr. Steve I salute you sir. 🫡 I know it’s not my responsibility but please let me apologize for Berts actions. He insults people right and left regardless of gender, wisdom status or even race. He is the prime example of vi0lence and why leftwing and rightwing will never get along ever again. My respect and thanks to you Steve and your military service sir!

      4. Captain America

        Your frustration is showing 🤣😂🤓

      5. TheObvious

We could only hope to have the intellect conferred by your Gender Studies degree.

  9. Big Gay Andy

Song of the South is in fact available on both DVD and Blu-ray. Just look on Amazon.

And speaking as a sassy black woman trapped in a white man’s body, I have never found anything racially offensive about this movie. The only truly offensive character is Bobby Driscoll’s unfit mother, played by the great Ruth Warrick.

  10. Night Fury

    Unban this movie!

  11. Matthew Young

I’ve recently seen the film online and I think it’s the most wonderful movie that Walt had ever produced. It won an Academy award for best original song “Zip a Dee do Dah” and it co-starred Hattie McDaniel from “Gone with the Wind”. I see no reason why Disney should keep this beloved film locked up in the Disney Vault like a prisoner in a dungeon. This is just one of Disney’s major mistakes of giving in to Woke Ideology and Leftist Politics. It is our job as loyal Disney fans to both write and email Josh D’Amaro and Dana Walden demanding that they release Song of the South on both Disney + and DVD before it disappears forever.
