I didn’t even watch the second Moana. Saw no need to. The first was all I needed to be satisfied with the franchise. I’ll be boycotting the remake and the third installment to the original.

I hope people will have the smarts to avoid the remake but I do recommend the music from it. It’s very good. Can’t wait for them to release the score!

I agree, pointless movie but the music is fabulous and worth spending on money instead!

I’ll be skipping the movie and obtaining the music instead. Always loved the Moana songs and instrumentals even if I’m not a huge fan of the films! ♥️

When will Disney ever stop milking franchises dry? Moana, while I still have girlboss fatigue, was fine enough as a stand alone film. It did not need a sequel, it certainly doesn’t need another one and absolutely did not need a remake. Especially so soon.

If by chance in a few years I find the moana remake in a five dollar bargain bin I might give it a chance but I’m not about to waste money in a theater for a movie that came out only ten years ago and has only five percent less CGI than the original. And the Rock in that wig and body suit? So cringey!
