They’re not forcing you to join them.

Personally, my opinion would not change at all: I don’t like the idea of outside gatherings in a crowded theme park, but the amount I care about it falls significantly below all the real issues like line cutters, Disney ripping everyone off, ride breakdowns, and parents letting their children scream.
If you feel someone is violating a Disney rule leave it to the staff. If it’s not violating anything and/or not personally affecting or your child don’t get all out of sorts. Just move on and have your fun. They paid their way to be in there same as you.

It’s a private discussion. As long as it doesn’t get out of hand they’re not personally harming a single soul unlike the many acts of violence that have happened at their theme parks. If you feel they’re taking up a table during the busiest time of the day, leave it to a staff member to politely ask them to leave. Otherwise mind your own business. They’re minding theirs

Essentially, this is just some more respectable behavior from the “I don’t want to see you disgusting locals in ‘my’ resort lobby” crowd. Which is ironic, since his account says he lives in Florida. I guess being a slopfluencer makes you immune to double standards.
Oh, his account also implies he works for Disney. I don’t know if that’s true, but perhaps this string of public hate speech should be forwarded to Guest Services. If he does work for Disney, I don’t think that will be the case much longer once they hear about this. If he doesn’t, perhaps a trespass for harassment can help him grow up.

If what the group is doing is NOT for commercial purposes, nor are they soliciting others for said purposes, then they are still following Disney rules. Disney may restrict how long the group stays using their discretion regarding meal time usage of the area. Regarding 1st amendment application comments, Disney is a private entity and can make policy accordingly.
