If they removed Men in Black, Springfield and the fear Factor stage (though they could still get away with leaving they stage) at USF they could turn that area into a “Nostalgia” land. Big enough to accommodate a BTTF, Jaws and GB attraction. The area would have to be completely redesigned and new walk paths designated but I believe it would be possible to build a great land dedicated to the blockbusters and with ET kind of in the vicinity it kind of keeps everything on one side of the park.
