The franchise was always about Woody and Buzz’s friendship and the moral of being loyal and together with your friends through thick and thin. The fourth (as the Lilo and Stitch remake) showed the decline of that moral, re-teaching kids that you should ditch your friends and family even when they need you to do your own independent calling. The fifth movie’s agenda is once again pushing male characters aside to bring “strong females” into the spotlight.
Another thing wrong is they’re trying to turn Woody into a balding overweight Mexican. Such sloppy writing and overall too many red flags in this movie.

Well I’ll tell ya what this movie is it’s Feminist Toy Story. I like Jessie’s character in the second movie but not in the lead as a soldier out to save the day woody was always the hero
Jessie did save Woody in the short about the hotel manager stealing and selling customer’s stuff online but yeah there’s no need to have a whole movie revolved around her because there’s way too many girlboss movies out there enough is enough its gotten too tiring

You are right, we really didn’t need this. We really didn’t need the previous sequel. How far are they going to take this franchise until we end up with Toy Story 30 featuring the toys being dug up by 2350 archeologists and placed in a museum?
Sequels and remakes will be banned by Washington and the studios will be mandated to only make original movies sending those who want sequels into withdrawal. Plus Disney is being broken up under antirust and losing Pixar completely.
