They didnt use photo validation anywhere but epic was what we were very rudely told by the gate staff at Islands of adventure during her lecturing us about why she should have had our tickets out despite going through the photo validation process the day before at that same park and the app doesnt work at all and when I spoke to guest services about it they said “the app is in beta testing” as an explanation of why my ticket, hotel nothing would connect with my app and none of the proper information was on it
