The hazard light rule hits a sore spot with me with the ones that insist on breaking that rule. This unfortunately happens ALOT in the Carolinas during heavy rainstorms. Why is it so hard to understand that these lights are meant to warn folks when you are broken down on the side of the road? Nothing is worse than someone in a rainstorm, in the left lane, hazards on, going 10 mph. I don’t want to speed in a rainstorm, but I’m a capable driver that can go 25-45 mph in heavy rain with my car. Drives me nuts!
