Disney will be Disney again when I take over and be allergic to money. “What would Walt do?” will decide everything again with no regard for profit or ROI. Disney under me will undergo De-Igerfication and everything he worked for will be undone.
I am all for advancing this attraction. I do think, however, they should find some space and build a small walk-thru type museum where they could put these old current scenes. They wouldn’t need to work the animatronics, just have them be displays.
What a funny story about Alice Davis 🤣🤣 I was wondering if they were ever going to update it. I guess going back only 60 years makes sense. The scenes sound great! I’m surprised when they fixed Spaceship Earth, they didn’t update that one.
I was there on July 5 and saw 2 of the last shows. Another double hiding in plain sight has Patricia’s face as a pirate in Pirates of the Caribbean, look for her to your left just after the pirate/donkey/dog trio singing.
