I am not a DeSantis fan but these laws should have been in place decades ago. I’m all in for casting out sexual predators from anyplace where families with children congregate. As a past Criminal Law Students, this type of predator is NOT rehabilitateable in 99.9%. And as for driving without a license, that’s simply a no-brainer and shows delinquent behavior.

Florida law does not accept out-of-state driver licenses issued exclusively to undocumented immigrants. Under Senate Bill 1718 and Florida Statute §322.033, if a driver license is of a class issued by another state only to unauthorized aliens or undocumented immigrants who cannot prove lawful presence in the U.S. at the time of issuance, it is invalid in Florida and does not authorize the holder to operate a motor vehicle on public roads

These are all good laws for Florida and Disney. All states should have these laws.
